On Christmas Day..I decided to play Sweet Alchemy..this was at 3.10 to 3.20 pm..I was depositing £1.50 ..I won £260.00 also the treasure chest was up to £75.00 inwhich I won total winnings £335.00 the winnings was not put into my account..I played a further 2 games hopeing the money had gone onto my account it never..I sent an e-mail to complaints at customer service I have had no response this is disgusting I want my winnings

I’ve had nothing but good wins and even won on the big 10k prize draw in October 2022 I only joined at the start of the year … I’ve won loads of bingo prizes and always win usually when I have deposited I even won a chocolate hamper …sometimes the site does crash but it gets sorted after a few hours… I’ve never been so lucky since I joined lucky pants due to Mecca bingo being under maintenance so signed up the same day. Thank you !

I made a 5* review only days ago I've used this site for couple of years now had no issues really. I reviewed too soon..... I won £85 off a 60p spin and the bonus was still spinning my spins . The game then crashed about ten times before I got it to work only my entire win was gone. No record of it when I went into the history. It was pointless contacting the love support because they have the same access as us and couldn't find the review e of the win either. It was played with cash not bonus money as well there was no need for the money to vanish but it did. Only had the issues with Netent other providers games were working fine. They didn't refund my lost money

LuckyVip, regalwins, luckypants bingo, bella casino, grosvenor casino and others are all par of the same ownership. They offer crazy inviting promotions and bonuses but 2 thirds of the times they don't work. Coustomer service do all they can not to help: They first say you did not opt in to the promo. Then when you provide them with a screenshot they say "you played £9.80 instead of 10.

Also at least twice CASH money has disappeared from my account.

Joined yesterday . Deposited £10 got £20 bingo bonus . Yep, I wish I had read the reviews! Such a bad site. Welcome bonus received but not able to use anywhere... contacted live help twice who advised where to use it but all said insufficient funds... now I can't log in. Rubbish! Two days ago u depisited from paypal. It said payment error on your website. When i went on my paypal the money has left my paypal but doesnt show on my account. I have left countless emails for someone to chase and not one person has got back to me. I have screenshots of the payment from paypal and of my betting account not showing its there and no one will help me! Its disgusting my money is missing!

Deposited for first time. Account locked straight away before I could play. Emailed, 72 hours later, no response and the live chat says I'm in queue position 1 for 45 minutes until I give up. In response to Jack's literary diarrhoea,you obviously don't know the law as documentation has to be asked for before a deposit is made unless money laundering is suspected. It's amazing how many times documentation is requested when a withdrawal is made.In response to Jack's second bout of "Taurus Excreta" as literary diarrhoea is known in Latin the "Management Lackey" is spouting the commonly used abuse of the law. Know your rights people.
